Gift voucher is only granted once 3 months of premiums have been paid on an accepted policy.

Gift voucher is an Amazon voucher to the value of £25.

There is no cash or credit alternative to the voucher.

Entry is restricted to one per household, one time only.

The voucher will be posted or emailed to the address provided by the policyholder.

Gift voucher offer is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

The gift voucher is only available on policies placed with reference to the Epilepsy

Action leaflet and for a policyholder living with epilepsy.

Cura Financial Services Ltd cannot backdate the offer to any policies placed prior to the gift voucher offer going live (August 2019).
